Yoga Studies Immersion Program
November 30 - December 4, 2026
What is a Yoga Studies Immersion?
Positioned between a retreat and a teacher training, this program offers a focused curriculum without the expectation of teaching outcomes. The Yoga Studies Immersion was designed for dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers alike.
Whether you want to deepen your understanding of yoga or expand your therapeutic vocabulary, this program offers a clear and structured guidance without the expectation to teach.
Enrollment
If you have been yearning to dedicate ample time to yoga studies in a peaceful and supportive setting then this program at Cedar Crest Lodge might be a good fit for you. We'd love to have you join us.
We already have 3 people enrolled but need a group of 10 to commit by August 20th to reserve the lodge so please let us know if you are seriously considering joining us. Let us know either way.
A $300 deposit is required to hold your spot. Let us know your preference for a single or a shared lodge room, and if you want to upgrade to a private suite with your own bathroom. Shared accommodations are more affordable than private rooms. Take a look at the accommodation options and let us know which you would prefer.
Why did we create this program?
Over the years, both Julianne and Prema have realized that there is a wide gap between "yoga retreats" and "yoga teacher trainings". Yoga teacher training programs are centered around preparing you to teach yoga.
This immersion program is a chance to literally immerse in the yoga practice and study in a much more dedicated way than a retreat, without the commitment of learning how to teach yoga or doing it to become a teacher.
Who directs this program?
The Yoga Studies Immersion Program was designed by Julianne Hutchcraft and Andrea Marenco, the co-founders and directors of Therapeutic Yoga Institute.
